November Farm to School

For November, we will have Roasted Sweet Potatoes for our Try Day! Simple ingredients for sensational flavor! The sweet potatoes are from KelRae Farm right here in our county. We are also offering local collards, butternut squash and apples from Virginia.

October Farm to School

We offered locally grown sweet potatoes, apples, collards, watermelon, sweet peppers, spaghetti squash, summer squash and turnips (yes, turnips!) to our staff and students in October 2019. We also purchased locally grown pumpkins to decorate our cafe serving lines.

September Farm to School

We offered locally grown watermelon, summer squash, canteloupe, red potatoes, apples, cabbage, cucumbers and sweet potatoes to our staff and students in September 2019.
